Why yes! That is a Target bag. Thank you for noticing. She put her legs through the bottom and pulled the handles up onto her shoulders like straps. Zeca reported that she was trying to look like a munchkin from The Wizard of Oz. I don't know about that but I do know that she has a cutting edge fashion sense.
