United for a Cause
/We need to believe in something bigger than ourselves. We need to connect to others in a common purpose. Sometimes, we are lost and don't even know it, need something but don't see it, long for change but can't articulate it. Then, someone comes along and illuminates the issue and people join to speak out and demand justice. Today, I was such a person when I tweeted the following:
And friends...people were inspired. Tweet after tweet called for the return of the tan M&M. Thousands of people (and by thousands I mean at least five) took to Facebook to mourn the loss of the tan M&M. Then, I knew - people had been pining for the tan M&M all these years, suffering in silence until a leader emerged to unite them in their desire for a return to simpler times, a time when M&M's were natural colors. And so...we are at a candy crossroads...
WHAT DO WE WANT? TAN M&M'S! WHEN DO WE WANT THEM? NOW!
Who's with me?!
